These are the terms and conditions for calypsoinstruments.com for all goods ordered through this website.

General Sales Conditions

1) Confirmation of order and acceptance

The sale of our products is governed exclusively by these general conditions. By confirming a purchase order online on www.calypsoinstruments.com, the website owned by Calypso Instruments, the customer declares acknowledgement and acceptance of these general sales conditions.

2) Transportation and liability

Calypso Instruments will ship ordered goods with national couriers. Read the Shipping Conditions for more details. 

Calypso Instruments may not be held liable, for any damage or loss, deriving from the delivery service. Calypso Instruments may not be held liable for any possible delays in delivery due to causes of force majeure and/or to any fortuitous and extraordinary events (such as, for example, accidents, strikes, transport delays, natural calamities, difficulty in obtaining the raw materials, breakdowns in production plants, etc.) . The use and risk, including the seizure of goods, shall pass to the contractual partner, irrespective of the agreed payment conditions relating to delivery or service provision, when the goods are handed over to the transport or freight operator. Risk is transferred to the client at the moment that the carrier delivers the goods to the address of the clients determination. Calypso Instruments does not assume any responsibility in regard to the final destination of the product, for which the client may act and choose in full autonomy and awareness, or rather the seller may not be held liable for the functioning of the product in regard to so called “operating conditions” for which the client holds sole responsibility;

3) Information and prices Images are for illustrative purpose only, and may differ from the real product appearance. We attempt to describe the items offered on the Site as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Prices can be modified any time without notice, of course orders won’t be modified. USER´S MANUALS INCLUDING DETAILED INFORMATION FOR EACH PRODUCT ARE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE ON ITS LATEST VERSION. 4) Products availability 

As the availability of a product in stock changes in real time as customers place order on www.calypsoinstruments.com, Calypso Instruments does not guarantee the immediate availability of the ordered product, in this case customers will be contacted by the Calypso Instruments commercial support.

5) Orders and confirmations 

When purchasing via the shop online, the customer will receive an order confirmation email, with an order number. The customer will receive another email when the product will be shipped.

6) Payment methods

PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay or get paid quickly and easily without sharing any of your financial information.

7) Invoicing

For each purchase Calypso Instruments will send a regular invoice specifying customer name or company name and address . The invoice will be sent in case to be requested by the customer/company.

8) Customer’s obligations 

It is forbidden to provide false personal data in the registration procedure. It is forbidden to insert third party data or to carry out multiple registrations for the same person. Calypso Instruments will not be responsible for issuing wrong fiscal documents deriving from wrong information provided by the customer. Calypso Instruments will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

9) Return Policy 

If, for any other reason, the customer should be unhappy with any item purchased from this website, he will have 60 days from the date of purchase to return the item for full credit giving prior written notice of rejection to Calypso Instruments detailing in which any products do not conform to the specifications. Products must being returned in a new condition and not damaged. They must be unused and in the same condition that the customer receives it. It must also be in the original packaging. Calypso Instruments will refund the price of that item, but not the delivery and handling charges or the costs of returning it.

10) Contract Termination

Calypso Instruments reserves the right to reject any order, giving notice to the customer. The customer will have the right to full refund. Calypso Instruments will terminate the contract of sale if any of the customer’s obligations are not met or if the payment does not go through.
